Augusta, GA – Justin Welcher entered into rest on Saturday February 26, 2022.
Justin was born on January 1, 1991 in Augusta, Georgia. Justin loved fishing and spending time with his numerous friends. He was a machine operator at Advanced Industrial Group.
Justin is survived by his parents Kathy and Gary Duckworth of Appling, GA; brother Shane Welcher of Augusta, GA; sister Lauren (Spencer) Oliver of Hoover, AL; sister Elaine Duckworth of Sandy Springs, GA; and numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Welcher, and his loving grandmother, Cleo Gosnell.
The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to The Hale Foundation, Inc. where Justin found much comfort. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Hale Foundation, Inc.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday March 2, 2022 at 4pm with a service to follow at 5pm in the chapel at Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors, 214 Davis Rd., Augusta, GA 30907 (706) 364-8484. Please sign the guestbook at www.thomaspoteet.com
