Justine D. Watson, 92, of Cape Girardeau, passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at The Arbors in Cape Girardeau.
She was born August 13, 1933, at Indian Creek. She was a graduate of Jackson High School.
She and Gary Melvin Watson were married October 24, 1954.
Justine was employed in the office of Drury Construction, and she was a member of Bethany Baptist Church.
Loving survivors include her children, Sheila (Rev. Virgil) Porter of Greenbrier, Arkansas, and Wayne (Betty) Watson of Marble Hill; three grandchildren, Trey Porter and Matthew (Nikkina) Porter of Greenbrier, and Sarah Watson of Jackson; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, two sisters, Nina Ross and Nigel Moyers; and two brothers, Donald and Dorris Tripp.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Friday, October 17, 2025, at McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau. Her son-in-law, the Rev. Virgil Porter will conduct the funeral service at 1 p.m., Friday, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
