Kamela Dawn "Kammy" Miller, 58 of Holden, WV, departed this life on Friday, July 4, 2025, at Logan Regional Medical Center, Logan, WV.
She was born December 16, 1966, in Logan, WV, the daughter of the late Hershel and Joan Pelfrey McCloud.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Randy Varney and Hershel McCloud Jr.; nieces, Skylar Varney and Randi Miller; paternal grandparents, Roy and Mattie McCloud; maternal grandparents, Vernon and Ida Mae Pelfrey; father-in-law, Estil Miller; and mother-in-law, Patricia (Murl) Adkins.
Kammy enjoyed spending time with her kids and especially her grandkids, cooking, laying in the pool, and listening to gospel music.
Those left to cherish her memory include husband, Timothy "Timmy" Miller; sons, Joshua (Kendra) Miller, Ryan (Paige) Miller and Adam (Sarah Carrier) Miller; sisters, Bobbi (Larry) Browning, Sherry Workman and Kathy Varney; brother, Rick Varney; grandchildren, Millee Neece, Rylan Duncan, Harper Miller, Isla Miller and Elliot Miller; sisters-in-law, Angie Adkins, Dee Dee Adkins and Stefanie Thorne; brother-in-law, Brian Adkins; special friends, more like sisters, Robin Vance and Teana Woods; and a host of nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
Services will be held at 1:00pm, Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Freeman Funeral Home with Richard Belcher officiating. Burial will follow at the Forest Lawn Cemetery, Pecks Mill, WV.
Visitation will be on Thursday, July 10, 2025, from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Josh Miller, Ryan Miller, Adam Miller, Cody Browning, BJ Carter and Tyler Workman.
Freeman Funeral Home, Chapmanville, WV, is in charge of the arrangements.
