Kandie Lyn Slivkov Littlepage Hunt, 64, of Sedalia, passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at Bothwell Regional Health Center.
She was born on November 20, 1960, in San Jose, CA, a daughter of Robert and Shirley (Hollis) Slivkov.
Kandie graduated from Alameda High School and later earned her MedTech Certificate. She devoted her life to caring for others. She worked for 20 years at Four Seasons Living Center and later at Tipton Oak Manor, retiring as a MedTech. Her compassion and dedication touched countless lives-both through her work and through the open-hearted way she lived. Kandie had a gift for helping people and often took others in, creating a "second family" of friends she loved as her own.
She was a proud member of the Sedalia American Legion Post 642, where she served as Chaplain, offering comfort and kindness to her fellow members.
Kandie's passion was people, but she also found joy in life's simple pleasures-listening to music, cheering on her beloved Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Twins, and spending time with her two dogs, Sluggo and Patches.
Her caring spirit, and deep love for others will be missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her son Jeremiah Littlepage (Crista) of Sedalia; one daughter, Elizabeth Ann Littlepage of Sedalia; one stepdaughter, Ashely Hunt; her mother, Shirley Upton and her husband Kerris; one brother, John Slivkov (Jeanna) of Sedalia; significant other, Richard Parker; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Kandie was preceded in death by her father and one daughter, Sherry Lyn Littlepage.
A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Sedalia American Legion Post 642 (2016 W Main St, Sedalia, MO 65301). Memorial contributions are suggested to the Donor's Choice.
