Kane Glisson Obituary
Dateline: Alton
Kane Glisson, 7, of Godfrey, passed away January 2, 2026 at St. Louis Children's Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. Kane was born to Rozzy and Gina (Clendenny) Glisson on February, 28, 2018.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by both sets of grandparents, Kay and Jeff Clendenny of East Alton, Ricky and Sylvia Doom of Kentucky; his twin brother, Kaeden Glisson; six step-brothers, Codi Glisson, Bryce Glisson, Jeffrey Elberg, Trenton Glisson, Noah Glisson and Logan Glisson; and two step-sisters, Isabella Elberg and Veda Glisson.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday January 8, 2026 at Gent funeral Home with the funeral services to follow at 11 a.m. on Friday January 9, 2026 at Gent Funeral Home. Reverand David Anderson will officiate. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memorial Park in Godfrey. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family or St Louis Children's Hospital. Gent Funeral Home in Alton is in charge of arrangements. Online arrangements and guestbook can be found at www.gentfuneralhome.com.
