Karan E. "Bevel" Craig

Karan E. (Bevel) Craig, 74 of McCordsville, IN went to be with the Lord on March 10, 2026, surrounded by her family. Karan was born on June 23, 1951, and is survived by her daughter, Melissa Craig, sister, Angela Bevel, grandson, Seth Roberts, grandson, Masen Trowbridge, granddaughter Saige Roberts, son-in-law, Doug Roberts, and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Craig, daughter, Jessica (Craig) Roberts, mother, Connie (Karandos) Bevel, and father, Joseph Bevel.

Karan was a hairstylist by trade but later worked for Walmart for 20 years. She was often given rave reviews for going out of her way to help customers. Karan had a wonderful sense of humor, a quick wit and often made people laugh. She loved her family and especially her grandchildren with all her heart. She loved cooking, her pool time, her dog Daisy, gardening, sewing, crafting, dancing, and ice skating. She was a natural "home maker" and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

An occasion to celebrate and honor her memory will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at Seals Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Fortville, IN with visitation from 11:00 A.M. - 1:00 P.M., with a service at 1:00 P.M. Interment will follow at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, and a Celebration of Life with a meal will take place at the VFW Post 261,10550 Pendleton Pike, Lawrence, IN, immediately following the interment.
