Karen Domino Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Omega Society - Orange on Mar. 21, 2025.
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Karen Domino. Born on February 5,1956 in Detroit, Michigan. A longtime resident of Orange County California was sent to her eternal home on March 18, 2025, due to a long-term battle with Type 1 Diabetes. Karen has gone to our lord in heaven and has earned her angel wings. Karen's love for life will be an everlasting tribute to her legacy.
Karen was the beloved daughter to Morris and Margaret, (deceased), sister Cheryl, brother Craig (deceased) sister-in-law Lynda, niece Faylin, nephew Justin (wife Ashley, son Cameron) and niece Candice.
Her greatest passion for always helping others contributed to her career in nursing where she excelled in the healthcare industry. Her passionate and caring attitude provided everlasting tenderness and care for all who met her.
Karen's heart was filled with much love and compassion for her family, friends and her four-legged fur-babies. Her personality would light up a room like a bright shining star. Karen found much joy talking with her friends and watching silly and scary movies. As we all remember the tradition of her and her brother Craig watching Chainsaw Massacre on Thanksgiving Day.
Karen's love of cooking and baking was an amazing trait that we all will miss terribly. Her creativity in the kitchen experimenting with many recipes and old traditional family recipes from the old country may have possibly made her miss her calling as a famous chef. She made the most amazing cheesecake, a recipe handed down by her mother.
Karen was a cherished woman known for her kindness, love, caring, and humorous personality. She enjoyed the nightlife in the 90's and was the social butterfly. Going to numerous nightclubs with her special friends and singing along with the song "Where have all Cowboys Gone?". Of course, how could we ever forget her passion for In N Out Burgers.
Although Karens' physical presence may no longer grace our lives, her spirit will continue to inspire and uplift us. May her memory be a blessing, and may we carry forth her legacy of love and compassion in all that we do. As you continue to worship Jesus up there, dear Karen, your light will forever shine brightly in our hearts.
