Karen was my "brain lady" state certified social worker for almost a decade . She helped me with my brain injury through Olive Branch by accompanying me at several Doctor appointments each month i struggled with communicating, processing information. She also assisted me with mail & organizing affairs. She took me food shopping each month .
She was easy going & we joked & enjoyed each others company while sorting through papers folders from the mess i made It would be frustrating to not remember how to describe experiences that I needed to get relief from in my day to day life being not as sharp as I once was. I had been a builder for 29 years raised my girls that are in there 40s now & widowed in 2010 after losing my wife to cancer.
From 1 / 2012 when I became a victim was beaten & robbed by 3 men .Left to walk to the nearest hospital. My skull was fractured & I had 126 stitches in my face & head along with a titanium plate that was screwed to my skull & plastic surgery at Cooper hospital where I spent 21 days recovering. After about 2 years of amnesia my memory started to come back by the "Grace of God ".
Karen often spoke of her family that i know she loved dearly , husband ,2 brothers & of course her father
I have already started to miss her on my Mondays she would call to tell me when she left her home in Williamstown & then again when she exited 55 in Millville where I now lived since 2017. My name is Timothy Linneman 62 & i owe Great Gratitude for the way she was brought up.
She was Grand ! In my opinion, my thoughts of her will be cherished as i reflect on the good she shared .
My condolences to Karens' family.
