Karen Elizabeth Inscho, 73, Southmont, died September 27, 2025 at Memorial Medical Center. Born September 18, 1952 in Somerset, PA, daughter of William and Myra (Kemp) Braeseker. Preceded in death by her parents and brother Jeffrey. Survived by husband Keith Inscho; son Brett (Jessica); grandchildren Isaac and Lucas. Karen was a member of the West Hills Community Church. She was formerly employed at GTE and Verizon as a data associate.Karen was such a loving and giving soul who was always ready to help anyone when needed. She volunteered at P.E.T.A. and had a huge heart for the kids at St. Jude Children's Hospital. By God's grace Karen, Keith and Brett were all saved in the same month in 2005. Karen volunteered at church as a money counter and she was a voracious reader and expert cook. She loved her grandkids with all her heart and cherished her time with them. And, oh my how she loved her Pirates, Steelers and Penguins. Special thanks to her very best friends Patty, Cindy, Joyce,Terri and Laurie whom she loved so very much. A service celebrating Karen's life will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday October 11, 2025 at Westmont Community Church, 175 Woodmont Road, Johnstown, with the family receiving friends from 1:30 until the service time. Rev. David Streets will be the celebrant.

Keith
I´m sorry for your loss. I worked with Karen at HealthNet, she was so kind and helped me a lot when I started there . She talked about you and Brett so much. I saw her at TJMax around Easter time and she talked about her grandchildren, with the biggest smile one her face! She surely will be missed! Barb Seger
