Buch Funeral Home - ManheimKaren Lynn Kauffman, 69, of Myrtle Beach, SC, formerly of Manheim, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Born on June 8, 1956 in Lancaster to the late, Kenneth W. and Mary E. Whittley Kauffman. Karen graduated from Wellsboro Area Senior High School in 1974 and earned her Nursing Degree from Corning Community College in 1980. She was the RN/Nurse Manager for the Surgery Dept at Osteopathic Hospital, Harrisburg for 15 years and was the Office Manager for Premiere Eye Care Group, Harrisburg until her retirement. She loved the Lord, her family and especially her nieces and nephews and enjoyed spending her time at the beach. She loved her time being together with her cousins, Claire, Tiger, Nicky, and their families every summer at Myrtle Beach.
She is survived by her brothers Lonnie Kauffman (Janet) of Manheim, Kenneth Kauffman (Lea) of East Petersburg, Darryl Kauffman of Manheim, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Christine Kauffman.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Karen’s Memorial Service at New Life Church, 1991 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, on Monday, October 13, 2025 at 11:00 AM. There will be a time of visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may send contributions in Karen’s memory to New Life Church Missions Fund, 1991 Old Philadelphia Pike, Lancaster, PA, 17602.
