Karen E. Mullins, age 71 of Lewisburg, Ohio passed away on Monday, August 22, 2022 at Ohio s Hospice of Dayton surrounded by her family. Born on February 3, 1951 in Letcher County, Kentucky, daughter of the late James D. J.D. Cora (Bentley) Mullins.
She had retired after 30+ years with the Avaya Phone Company. She enjoyed genealogy research, reading, movies and traveling. She loved her family and especially her grandchildren.
Preceded by her brother, Jesse Mullins; sister, Linda Kay King; brother-in-law, Jack King; nieces, Diane Kay King and Barbara Schenck Knapp.
Survived by her children, Jason (Erika) Mullins of Centerville, Ohio; granddaughters, Lana and Claire Mullins; siblings, Margaret (David) Schenck of Arcanum, Ohio, David (Debora) Mullins of Troy, Ohio and Donna (Gary) Dursch of Germantown, Ohio; sister-in-law, Debra Mullins of Germantown, Ohio; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Graveside Service will be held Friday, August 26, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. at Roselawn Cemetery in Lewisburg, Ohio. Family & friends will gather at Barnes Funeral Home, 411 N. Commerce St., Lewisburg, Ohio between 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Friday prior to the services at the cemetery.
