I have very fond memories of growing up next door to Karen. I spent countless hours in my childhood and youth in her family's home. We were always treated to hot chocolate after a day of ice skating on Pelican Pond. Saturday morning cartoons with chocolate pancakes. Karen was very loving and kind to me growing up.
Hours and hours playing Kick the can and any eye over game.
She loved her family and her beloved dogs. She was a very special person.
May she rest in peace.
Please know that families are forever and I hope you all find some peace in that.
