Karia Theresa Glenn, age 58, transitioned from this earthly life to eternal life on Saturday, May 31, 2025.
Karia is survived by her devoted children: James (Falonda) Glenn, Jarrell Glenn, and Ja'Meisha Glenn; and her beloved grandchildren: Brooklynn Glenn, Bryson Glenn, and Jarrell Glenn Jr. She also leaves behind her siblings: Peggy Gunn of Detroit, MI; Anita (Charles) White; Glenda Fisher; Donna Moore; Michael Fisher; Ronald Fisher; and Tony Fisher.
Her love extended to her many nieces and nephews, including Kerry Daniels, Joseph Gunn, Terry Fisher, Antonio "Flapper" Fisher, Larry "Bump" Owens, Eureka Frierson, Quita Fisher, Santana Williams, Michelle Fisher, Lakeisha Fisher and Larisha Owens. She shared a special bond with her devoted cousins: Lemeika Key, Oneka Johnson, Charquita (Minnie) Coats, Billy Osborne, and Charles Osborne. Her memory will also be cherished by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family, and friends.
Karia is preceded in death by her parents, Lucille Johnson Fisher and David Cater; her sisters, Barbara Ann Sweatt, Elizabeth Murphy, devoted cousin Demetrice Osborne and grandson Ja'Quantae Glenn.
Karia's legacy is one of love, laughter, and a zest for life that inspired all who were fortunate to know her. Her unwavering faith, generous spirit, and boundless affection for her family and community will be remembered and celebrated always.
Karia's radiant smile and loving presence will be deeply missed but never forgotten. May she rest in eternal peace.
