Karla June Phillippe

Karla June Phillippe 77, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Friday, May 2, 2025 in St. Joseph, MO. She was born September 24, 1947 in McFall, MO, daughter of the late Georgia and Cecil Daniel. She worked at the Savannah School District as a Librarian for many years. Karla loved to read and spend time with her grand-girls. She used to craft and bake in her younger years, and was the best back seat driver when her husband took her on rides. Karla was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John "Tom" Phillippe, a baby daughter, siblings, Loren, Norvin, Ronald, Jerry, Denny, and Richard. Survivors include: daughter, Angela (Scott) Rogers of Faucett, MO, son, Kevin (Traci) Phillippe of Savannah, MO, granddaughters, Taylor (Bryson) Wahlgren, Laycee Phillippe, Jessica Green, and Taylor Graff, grandson, Mason (Taylin) Graff, great-grandchildren, Bentley Rodish and Walker Wahlgren, siblings, Guy, Jim, George, Charles, Dolores, Julia, Annie, and Steven, and multiple nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at Rupp Funeral Home. Funeral services and public live stream; 11:00 am, Saturday at Rupp Funeral Home, The Interment will be at the High Ridge Cemetery, Stanberry, Missouri.
