Kasandra Rose Brewer

Funeral services for Kasandra Brewer, 72-year-old Buffalo resident who passed away suddenly at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper, will be held Saturday, November 8th at 2:00 p.m. at the Harness Funeral Home Chapel in Buffalo. Private interment will take place at a later date. Donations in Kasandra's memory may be made to Summit Wesleyan Church at 980 N. Main Street in Buffalo. Kasandra Rose Brewer was born on September 11, 1953, in Newark, Ohio to Frank and Irene Powell. She grew up and went to school in the Newark, Ohio area. She was married and lived in the Newark area for 30 years. Following a divorce she was married on April 29, 2007, to Allen Brewer in Buffalo and they made their home in Buffalo. Kasandra was a foster caregiver and helped many, many children. She continued to live in Buffalo until her death.
Kasandra enjoyed church activities and was an avid quilter.
She is survived by her husband Allen Brewer of Buffalo; one son, Donnie Colling and his wife Lee of Newark; two daughters, Ashley Parr and her husband Kurt of Newark, Ohio and Brandi Colling of West Virginia; two step-daughters, Alicia Morinson of Boise, Idaho and Melissa Brewer of Gillette, Wyoming; on step-son Benjamin Brewer also of Gillette; one brother Larry Powell of Austin, Texas; twelve grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son Timmie Colling, one brother, and two sisters.
