Hey Momma,

I just wanted to let you know I saw a card today. It was so very you. It had a pretty hummingbird on it. I was so touched by it. I had to buy it just to have it. I plan on seeing you really soon. It won't be too much longer...I just know it. I just cannot seem to get through the days without you. I do feel you Mom, but it's just not the same. You were my light. You were my strength, dignity. You made me feel like I had a purpose. God, I just miss you. There are no words. I want to be near you again, feel your touch. I am lost without you Mom. Don't be mad at me. You said once that I was your light...you are mine. It's so cold and dark and loonely without you. I love you Mom. Talk to you soon. Kisses, Hal

My dearest Hal and family,

I am so very saddened by the passing of your wonderful mother. I loved her dearly. My heart hurts as I know yours does. Now, she can "hang out" with my parents, and watch over us from afar. Until we meet again, and we will.

I love you!
