I remember when I was just a little girl when my mom, Kay's sister, took all four of us little girls to visit Kay and family far away and even visited New Orleans. Then many years later, when Kay was working in Kansas, I remember going to her office for a brief visit. I was sooooo proud she was my aunt. Many of us gathered in Lawrence not too far from Kay's 100 birthday. I was sad to miss her for her birthday that year but I did see her again when my granddaughter and I went to Tucson. While we were there we visited Kay and my granddaughter played the piano for her with Kay right by her side. We all had sooo much fun that afternoon. I'm so fortunate to have memories of my Great Aunt Kay.
