Kathleen Mae Wolf Allwein, 83, passed away peacefully at Cornwall Manor, July 5, 2025. Born in Lebanon August 4, 1941, she was the widow of William F. Allwein. She was an active member of Avon United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women. Later she became a member of Iona Zion United Methodist Church. Many children's spiritual foundation began as she taught children's Sunday School for 50+ years. Her love for the Lord continued to shine while being a Girl Scout Leader and 4H Cooking Leader for many years. She loved her profession of being the owner and operator of Kathy's Beauty Salon in her home. Recently, she was still a member of Eastern Star, Harmonia Music Association, and Amaranth. Her greatest pride was her family. She is survived by her children Jennifer Lyons, wife of Michael; Ned Krissinger, husband of Diane; and Jane Mitchell, wife of Randy; stepchildren William Allwein, Susan Housel, and Jeffery Allwein; beloved grandchildren Katelyn, Christopher, Lauryn, Chelsey, Cody, Stephanie, Peter; 12 great grandchildren and many step grandchildren; her sister, Beth Seyfert; and sister in law, Gail Wolf. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Allwein; former husband, Lynford Krissinger; parents, Howard and Inez Wolf; sister, Daryl Hoffmaster; brother, Dennis Wolf; grandson, Stephen Lyons; and stepsons, Timothy Allwein and Bud Housel. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 14 at Christman's Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at 10:00, Eastern Star Service at 10:50, and service at 11:00. Interment will follow at Grandview Memorial Park, Annville.
