Kathleen was born on September 7, 1948 and passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2017. Kathleen was a resident of Oklahoma at the time of passing. She graduated from Wayside High School in 1966 where she was Salutatorian of her class. She then attended Independence Community College where she received her associates degree. Kathleen was married to Bill Crouch.
