Kathleen Marie Pierce Dussault, passed away on Thursday, February 26,2026 at Marshfield Medical Center.
Kathy was born March 19, 1948, at Cherry Point, North Carolina to Willard and Isabelle (Schreiner) Pierce. The 2nd of 10 children, Kathy was a beloved sister to: Patrick (Leone), Susan (deceased) (Edward deceased), Jeanne (Joseph deceased), Mary (Larry), Michael (Mary Jane), Ann (Terry), Willard (Ruth), Thomas (Karen deceased), and Ruth (deceased) (Richard).
She was a proud aunt to 23 and a great-aunt to 36 nieces and nephews. For over 40 years, from cashier to manager, she learned all the aspects of retail. Beginning her career at Robert Hall in Elgin, Illinois to Shopko in Stevens Point, Wisconsin and Reno, Nevada. Kathy retired from Wal-Mart in Marshfield, Wisconsin. Kathy loved to travel the USA, especially on Route 66. She made many trips to Disney World and Disney Land as she loved Mickey Mouse. Her travels also included Hawaii and Alaska.
With a strong cup of coffee always in her hand, Kathy spent her free time reading, watching movies from her huge collection, and piecing together challenging puzzles. Kathy also enjoyed bingo and embroidering. Throughout her life, Kathy had a wonderful sense of humor. She truly believed in Angels and Heaven. No doubt Kathy is watching us and helping us find our smiles. We love you, Aunt Kathy.
