Kathleen Ann Engstrom

Kathleen Ann Engstrom, age 70, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, February 11, 2025. She was born to Eugene and Irene (Gonnering) Engstrom, July 9, 1954 at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay.

Kathleen attended Southern Colony School in Union Grove, WI, beginning on May 4, 1962. She moved to a group home in De Pere, WI in 1988 and later resided at Bernard House in Green Bay, WI, beginning in 1989.

She volunteered her time at Americana Health Care Center in Green Bay, where she helped fold laundry. She was given a special volunteer award for her attendance and volunteer service. Later, she worked as a laundry folder for Americana Nursing Home. 

Kathleen participated in outings to church and fireman's picnics, rummage sales, shopping with the staff of Bernard House Group Home. She enjoyed activities during the week at day services. Kathleen loved to do puzzles and enjoyed bowling for many years with others from the group home at Ashwaubenon Bowling Alley.

Kathleen is survived by her brother, Robert Engstrom.

She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene, her mother, Irene and her sister, Diane.

Visitation will be held at Annunciation Parish (401 Gray St. Green Bay, WI), Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 10 to 11 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 AM.
