Kathleen Keroack Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Douglass Funeral Service on Mar. 30, 2026.
Kathleen Marie Keroack died on March 25, 2026. She was born in Norwich, CT to Henry and Dorothea Keroack. She graduated from Norwich Free Academy, and then went to college in New Haven, completing her education with a master's degree from The University of Massachusetts in Amherst.

She taught for several years at Amherst Regional High School before leaving to start a book auction business with her husband Richard Oinonen. After Richard's death in 2001, Kathy continued with the auction business for several years, while also establishing her own successful businesses selling historically accurate doll clothes on eBay and Etsy.

A woman of many talents and interests, Kathy thoroughly enjoyed sewing, creating doll outfits, knitting, travel, following her local sports teams, and her two standard poodles, Casey and Finley.

She is survived by daughter Elizabeth Weeks, son Evan MacLoud, sister Claire Wright (Dave and niece Frances), brother Robert Keroack (Teri and niece Caitlin and nephew Christopher), brother Paul Keroack (Jason and Jerome) and brother- and sister-in-law Bill and Cass (and their children, grandchildren and great grandchild).

Services will be private.
