Kathleen A. Madeiros

Kathleen A. (Bickford) Madeiros, of Tewksbury, passed away on November 20, 2025. Beloved wife of Joseph Madeiros. Loving mother to Stacey Lester and her husband Joseph of Tewksbury, Eric Madeiros and his wife Cristiane of Tewksbury and Amy Buruca and her late husband Roman of Salem, NH. Dear grandmother to Justyn, Jennie, Thalita, Ryan and Christian. Kathleen was the daughter of the late Olen and Antoinette (Russo) Bickford and the sister of the late Barbara Morrow.
Kathy was diagnosed at age 60 with early-onset Alzheimer's disease and passed away peacefully after a long courageous fight of 15 years at the age of 75.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit in the DeVito Funeral Home 1145 Mass. Ave. ARLINGTON on Monday December 1st from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. All are invited to a funeral mass for Kathy on Tuesday December 2nd at 10:00am in the St. William's Church in Tewksbury. Please meet directly at the church. Interment to follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Tewksbury. In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathy's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org.
