Kathleen Neff Manasco, age 79, passed away on August 24th, 2025 in her home in Sandy, Utah. She was born on January 11th, 1946 in Murray, Utah to LeRoy George Neff and Beverley Ostler.
Kathleen married Charles David Manasco on May 26th, 1973 in Elko, Nevada.
She had a great love for animals, gardening, spending time with family, and spending time with her soulmate of 52 years.
Kathleen is survived by her husband Charles David Manasco; children Ray (Phyllis) Perkins, Kathy Dee (Tom) Mackay, Jeffrey Perkins, Shannon D. (Kristi) Manasco; 15 grandkids; 21 great grandkids; mother Beverley Ostler Boren; and brothers Phillip (Loraine) Neff, Kevin (Darleen) Jenkins.
Preceded in death by grandparents Langford George Ostler and Mertle V. Brown; father LeRoy George Neff; siblings Lester Neff, Nelson Neff, Chaille Jenkins Combes, Beverley (Janel) Day, Tara Jenkins Philott, Stacy Alvin Jenkins, Jeffry Jenkins, Carla Jenkins, Troy Ray Jenkins and Gary Neff.
A viewing will be held on Friday, August 29th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State Street, Midvale. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 30th at 11:00 AM with a viewing from 10:00 to 10:45 AM also at Goff Mortuary. Interment to follow services at Sandy City Cemetery, 9000 South 700 East, Sandy.
The family would like to thank the IHC Hospice nurses who helped Kathleen through her tough times and just for taking great care of her.
