Agnes Kathleen Oxford, age 91, of Frisco, Texas passed away on September 15, 2025, surrounded by her family. She was born on September 15, 1934, to Florence (Francies) and William Kirkman in Elkton, Kentucky. On May 2, 1952, Kathleen married J.T. Oxford in Corinth, Mississippi. She was a creative homemaker who enjoyed gardening, cooking, genealogy, and scrapbooking. She was a member of Apostolic Temple UPC in Frisco, TX.

Kathleen is survived by her five children, Judy Oxford and her husband, Grant Benedict of Franklin, Tennessee, Karen Khosravian of Frisco, Texas, Lisa Hall and her husband, Ronnie of Olive Branch, Mississippi, Jeffrey Oxford and his wife, Raquel of Wichita Falls, Texas, Kenneth Oxford of Huntingdon, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Andrew Mohammed Khosravian June and wife, Caitlin June of Seattle, Washington, Caleb Mitchell of Chicago, Illinois, Simon Mitchell of Springdale, Arkansas, Arlanna Oxford of Huntingdon, Tennessee, Oliver Oxford of Huntingdon, Tennessee, and one great grandchild, Violet June of Seattle, Washington.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband, J.T. Oxford; her parents, Florence and William Kirkman; her sisters, Verdie Williams and Vernell Williams, and Anna Jean Kirkman Shock; her brothers, William G. Kirkman, Bernard Kirkman, Bernis Kirkman, Hubert Kirkman, and Holbert Kirkman; daughter-in-law, Seta Oxford.
