Kathleen Marie Richardson

ADRIAN-Kathleen M. Richardson, age 77, of Adrian, died March 11, 2025, in Hickory North Carolina. She was born March 29, 1947, in Adrian to Harold and Ruth (Nelson) Gaddy. On June 12, 1965, she married Kenneth Richardson in North Augusta, South Carolina. She had been employed as a Logistic Specialist for Silbond Corporation. She was a member of the Jasper Bible Church and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family.
Kathleen is survived by her children, Melissa (Steve) Garwood of Lincolnton, North Carolina, Kenneth "Robbie" (Pam) Richardson of Clayton and Shayna (Shawn) Barker of Adrian; a brother, Duane (Linda) Gaddy of Ionia, Michigan; two sisters, Jill (Corkey) Giberson of Clayton and Marlene Bable of Adrian; six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ken, and a sister, Kay, at birth.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian, with Pastor Bruce Jewett officiating, to be followed by cremation. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 20, 2025, 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the Anderson-Marry Funeral Home, Adrian. You may send condolences to the family at www.andersonfuneralservices.com.
