Kathryn ”Kathi” Fair

Kathryn "Kathi" Marie Fair age 74 of Fallston, MD passed away at home surrounded by her husband and daughter on March 10,2026. She passed away after a long courageous battle with colon cancer. She did it the way she does everything fighting until the end.

Kathi was a loving wife (Sweetie), Mama and Nannie.

Kathi is survived by her loving husband of 35 years William Fair Jr. She leaves behind her daughter Lisa Koerner and her husband Mike along with their children Alyssa (Aly Cat) and Christopher. Kathi is also survived by her siblings Marlene Shoemaker, Sheila Weidel, Bill & Donna Marck and John & Annie Ginn, Sandy & Dave Bran, Cindy Lamasa and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in Death by her Parents William Marck Jr and Bertha Ginn.

Kathi graduated from Perry Hall High School in 1969. Then she went on to study computer programing classes at Essex community college and eventually got her realtor's license in Arizona. She was a strong independent woman who was able to do anything she put her mind to from raising a daughter, cleaning and organizing people's lives, to running a motorcycle shop with her husband. She was a compassionate friend to all creatures, humans and animals alike. She loved to pack up and travel with her husband and friends across the country on their motorcycle. Kathi was always very outgoing and could make a friend out of everyone and anyone. To know her was to love her and she will be greatly missed.

A celebration of life will be held at St John's Evangelical Lutheran Church 3911 Sweet Air Rd, Phoenix, MD 21131 on March 21, 2026 at 10:30 AM.
