Husband: the late Raymond Bostic Haynes
Children: Brenda Sue Haynes Rhodes (Frankie), Connie Ray Haynes (Darlene), Dennis Raymond Haynes (Sue), and the late Mark Ellis Haynes (Sharon), (Charlotte)
Grandchildren; Melinda Strawn Bass (Doug), the late Tiffany Rhodes, Alyssa Haynes Young (Gary), Kimberly Haynes Prosise (Will), Laura Haynes, Claudia Forbes-Robinson Lay (Andrew), and Sylvia Forbes-Robinson.
Great Grandchildren: Laura Bass Harrison (Corey), Mikayla Young Marshall (Scott), the late Melyssa Bass, Victoria Young, Jessica Bass, Leyla Young, Joseph Bass, Kale Randall, Joshua Dodson, and Gale Lay.
Great Great Grandchildren: Nova Marshall, Isabella Harrison, Dakota Marshall, McKenna Marshall, and 1 precious Harrison very soon!
Also predeceased by parents, Henderson and Ila Clark and siblings Dorothy, Ernest, and Lester Clark and Mary Frances Mourglea.
Kathryn attended Sunny Side School, then graduated from Tryon School. She was a lifelong member of Hephzibah Presbyterian Church. As a loving mother and careful homemaker, she took special care of her family before settling down in the evenings to embroider.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 1:30 PM at Hephzibah ARP with Pastor Brant Wilkie officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12:30 to 1:15 PM prior to the service at the church.
Our family would like to thank the staff of Levine and Dickson Hospice House at Aldersgate for their loving care.
