In the early years (1960 & 70s) our families were members of Bellevue Christian Church where Kathy´s mother Virginia was the long-time music and choir director. Norm and Barb sang in the choir next to Ernie for many years with Virginia up front directing. Choir practice Thursday nights in the Fireside Room. Sometimes the kids of families, including Kathy and Kris, whose both parents sang would be at practices playing around waiting until practice was over. Our families children took private piano lessons at the Dunbar home after school for some years and the kids would play around while each kiddo got their lesson. All the kids had fun. All this activity and the church itself was a wonderful foundation for the rest of life for us all. Kathy was so energetic, fun, positive and a joy as a child when we mostly knew her. Obviously it sounds from others that those qualities of Kathy blossomed and continued through her wonderful life as a mother, wife, teacher and friend to many. Our family honors the Fazio and Dunbar family and sends our heartfelt prayers and condolences. We are thinking of you all and Kathy. Kathy´s loving and comforting spirit will always be there if you call to her in your private moments and she will be waiting, eager to one day welcome her loved ones home to her. Peace be with you all - always.

First off, my deepest condolences to the entire Fazio family. Our daughters (Jordyn and Alessandra) played soccer together for years. Kathy always had a calm disposition and a kind, sweet smile. She will be greatly missed. The Voyles family

I remember her engagement. She ran to Jeanie a long time pre-school teacher with so much joy and happiness. She just glowed with love. I saw Jesus love at that moment. Teri Moyer

I am so sorry to see this. I remember when Kathy first started at Lourdes. We were classroom neighbors. We shared many laughs together at the end of our teaching day. She will be missed.
