Kathi was part of our Mellon Avenue crew. We shared so many wonderful, carefree days growing up in Patton. We played a lot of outdoor games. One of the funniest memories involved our pet crow, Joe. He loved bright, shiny things, including Kathi´s beautiful copper red hair. When she came to our house she would run in the driveway with her hands over her head to keep Joe from trying to grab her hair. Kathi, may you rest in peace, free from large black birds.
Hugs and prayers to her family.

I´m so sorry to hear this news. Sending thoughts and prayers to everyone. Kathi is my niece and goddaughter. Her mother and I were sisters. I have many fond memories of Kathi, although we were much younger. We lost touch after we moved to Ohio. I am 91 and Uncle Paul is 93. Thinking of the family during this difficult time.
Love,

Memories of Kathi and her sparkling personality feel my heart as I think of her. She was lovely in so many ways and so much a part of my growing up in Patton as well as our high school years together. As young women, just starting our lives, we were again "neighbors" in Pittsburgh. Her resilience, her grace, her generous spirit will long be remembered. May your grief by gentle.

I, too, have so many wonderful memories of growing up in Patton with Kathi and our days at Bishop Carroll. She was sweet and kind and amazingly brave. Please know I wish you all peace and strength as you grieve.

So very sorry for your loss. I remember spending time with her and her sisters while our parents had card club on Saturday nights. We were very young at that time but she was always the one who was so caring.
