Howard – Kathryn Elizabeth Tucker passed away at home December 30, 2025 at the age of 67.
Kathryn was born in Mount Vernon on June 3, 1958 to Raymond Dean and Janet Isabelle (Frye) Tucker, who both preceded her in death along with her life partner, Rick Jensen, and sister, Diane Tucker. She was a part of the East Knox High School class of ’76, and had worked in dietary at the Knox Community Hospital, and for the Gambier Deli.
She loved watching anything that involved her kids and grandkids, football, demolition derbies, and dirt track racing, listening to country music (especially Toby Keith), cooking, word search, and gardening (even though Rick made her gardens too big).
She is survived by her children, Corey (Amber) and Tim (Lindsey) Jensen; grandchildren, Alec, Will (Anna), Ava, Kelsey, Kasen, Levi, and Cora Jensen; and her brother, Ron.
A funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at the Fischer Funeral Home in Danville. Pastor Andy Beatty will officiate. Burial will follow in Amity Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
