Michele Tucker Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Messinger Mortuaries- Indian School Mortuary on Mar. 26, 2026.
Michele L. Tucker lost her long, courageous battle with cancer on Monday, March 23, 2026. She was born on May 16, 1966, in Melrose Park, Illinois. Michele graduated from Byron High School in Minnesota in 1984, where she was a cheerleader. In 1995, she moved to Arizona to escape the harsh Minnesota winters and to be closer to her brother. She built a dedicated career in finance where she worked with Chase Bank since 2008.

Michele found great joy in spending time with her family, friends, caring for her pets, traveling the world, and sharing music with those she loved. She married her beloved husband, Patrick, on September 24, 2005. Their love story began at a Train concert in Las Vegas, and it was fittingly at a Dave Matthews concert in Phoenix where they became engaged-moments that reflected the music-filled life they shared together.

One of her happiest traditions was attending concerts by Big Head Todd and the Monsters at Red Rocks in Colorado-a place that held special meaning for her. In honoring her memory, a portion of her ashes will be spread there in June, so she may, in spirit, enjoy the music she loved once more.

Michele is survived by her beloved husband, Patrick; her mother, Carol; her father, Tom; and her sweet rescue dog, Josey. She is preceded in death by her brother Michael. She will be deeply missed by her extended family, dear friends, and all who knew her.

Where Michele did not want a "celebration of life," she would never miss a good party. Michele's "final party" will be held on what would have been her 60th birthday, May 16, 2026, in Scottsdale, Arizona. Her warmth, strength, and love for life will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
