Kathy (nee Nunley), a longtime resident of Norwood, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday, January 23, 2026, at the age of 65.
For 47 years, Kathy was the devoted wife of Fred Bolin. She was the adored mother of Freddie Bolin, Jill (Ryan) White, and Shane Bolin, and the cherished "Mamaw" to Hayley, Karlee, Shane, Kohlton, and Ana. Dear sister of Sandy and Candace Nunley. She was preceded in death by her mom, Mabel Tuten and brothers, Eddie and Terry Nunley. Kathy is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Known for her love of a good cup of coffee, a piece of chocolate, and the excitement of a trip to the casino, Kathy’s greatest joy was the time she spent with her family. Her spirit and laughter will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 29, from 10 AM to 12 PM at the Naegele, Kleb and Ihlendorf Funeral Home, 3900 Montgomery Rd, Norwood. Funeral Services will follow at 12 PM.
