Kathy Ann Gregory

Kathy Ann Gregory, 73, of Shinnston, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2026 at United Hospital Center following a brief illness. She was born July 15, 1952 in Moundsville, a daughter of the late Jack and Betty Pickering Stephens.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Larry Gregory, whom she married in 1974.

She is also survived by her children, Crystal Allen of Shinnston; Larry "Bub" Gregory II of SC; E.J. Gregory and his wife Melanie of Cunningham Run; Amanda Bacco of Clarksburg; and Sammy Gregory of Shinnston; eleven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; and her sister, Sherri Stephens of Moundsville.

In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by her brother, Rea Stephens; and her stepfather, Ray Hall.

Kathy was employed for several years at Bingo Express at Village Square Conference Center in Clarksburg. She was also a member and bartender at the Moose Lodge #929 and the American Legion Post #31, both in Shinnston. Kathy enjoyed helping Larry and her children with the family firework business. She was a great cook and enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
