Peppler Funeral Home - AllentownRobert H. Gregory, 56, of Allentown, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 27, 2026. Born in Trenton, he grew up in the Allentown/Hightstown area and was a graduate of Allentown High School. Robert worked as a mechanic for John’s Auto Repair in East Windsor for 37 years.
A member of the National Hot Rod Association, Robbie loved drag racing. He had a passion for American muscle cars, building and maintaining them and driving near and far to cars shows. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed riding bikes, quads, and going kayaking. He was also an active member of the New Egypt Elks Lodge #2457.
Robbie’s greatest joy was spending time with his wife and his dogs, Sitka and Cooper.
Son of the late Gary Gregory, Sr., he was predeceased by his brothers, Gary Gregory, Jr. and Curits Gregory. Robert is survived by his loving wife, Tanya Gregory; his mother, Barbara Ann Gregory; his in-laws, Bill and Roseann Rovinsky; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Gregory and Jocyln and their daughter Kylie, Brad and Danielle and their family, and Tom and Kim and their family; his aunts, Helen and Gail; his cousins, Foula and Leroy as well as many other, cousins, nieces, nephews, family and friends whom he loved dearly.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, April 7th from 2-4pm with a service to begin at 4pm at the Peppler Funeral Home, 114 S. Main St. Allentown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Robert’s name to the New Egypt Elks, Lodge # 2457, 105 Lakewood Rd., New Egypt, NJ 08533.
