When I hear her name, I will always see her driving her convertible! She loved it!

Kathy and Paul celebrated their 50th Anniversary the first of this year. It was a very special evening. We are so sad to hear of her passing. It will never be the same without her. She was always yelling out to Paul when she needed his attention. Mudd! Mudd! Mudd! It was endearing and it was probably her most used word in her vocabulary. I can still hear her call out to him... MUDD! Kathy sure loved you Paul! We are so sorry for your loss. Sending you and your family all the love, hugs and prayers at this very sad and difficult time.

Kathy was a sweet, fun and interesting friend. One of the earliest and most memorable moments with Kathy was taking her and Paul with a group of friends on a canoe trip to float the Current River. It was their first time in a canoe together. It was the most comical situation to watch. We had just put in at Cedar Grove and at the first bend we heard Kathy yelling Mudd! Mudd! Mudd! They ran straight into a root wad. Kathy first, then Paul, into the river! After the great rescue we all took a moment on the riverbank. It was then that she took her shirt off to wring it out. She didn't have a bathing suit top underneath but she did have a bra that she proudly showed off announcing that she just purchased it from a place called Intimate Designs. She would have been great at sales because she had me sold. Since that trip I only wear bras from Intimate Designs! She was a trendsetter! I loved her and I will miss her always.

I´ve always loved this photo of you. We´ve been dear friends/sisters for over 50 years. We´ve shared so many experiences; good/bad, beginnings/endings, drunk/sober, hysterical laughter and tears. You know where all the bodies are buried. My tears are falling for you today. We had so much more to do together. This is not fair...You will always be in my heart. I love you Kathy.

I am so sorry to hear of this news. Kathy was such a beautiful human inside and out. I remember going to her house in Raintree and spending the night and talking till all hours of the night. I remember going out with her and Paul and loved watching them dance together. She will be missed dearly. Sending thoughts and prayers to Paul and the family.

The first time Nichole brought me to meet her parents, Kathy came straight to me and gave a big welcome hug.
