Beloved wife of Brian Schamel; loving daughter of Ramona V. and the late Gene J. Neier; dear sister of Richard (Mary) and Gene Edward (Kathy) Neier; dear daughter-in-law of Sandra J. and the late Richard O. Schamel; dear sister-in-law of Craig R. and Eric W. Schamel; our dear aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend.
Kathy was a very kind and generous soul who had an infectious smile and laugh and a passion for life. She was most passionate about animals and horses. Her love and passion for horses and all things equine related was inspiring. Her gentle nature and compassion touched many lives. Her traces on our souls will live on far beyond her physical presence.
Visitation at the Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur on Wed., May 14 from 3:00-7:00 p.m. In Lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to God's Grace Animal Rescue.
