Kathy Speir Williams
Oct. 21, 1949 – Jan. 19, 2026

Kathy (Speir) Williams, aged 76, of Roland, departed this life on Monday, Jan. 19, 2026. Born on Oct. 21, 1949, in Fort Smith, Ark., Kathy was the beloved daughter of Patty Lee (Snider) Speir and James Luther "Sonny" Speir, Jr.
Kathy devoted her heart and life to her family, marrying her soulmate, Jackie Lee "Jack" Williams, on Dec. 16, 1967, in Roland. Their bond was an enduring example of love until Jack's passing on June 24, 2023.
A steadfast presence in her community, Kathy owned and managed Sequoyah Electrical Supply, showcasing her skill and dedication. However, her true passion lay in being Mimi, as her grandchildren were the light of her life. Kathy's adventurous spirit shone through her love of travel, making memories that she would fondly reminisce about with those she loved.
Kathy leaves behind her daughter, Lori Lee Wiggins and husband Darrell of Roland and her son, Chad Williams and wife Tonya, also of Roland. Her legacy continues through her grandsons, Skyler Williams and Alex Pierce of Tampa, Fla., Mason Wiggins and wife McKenzie of Roland, Jaidon Williams and Ashley Fuller of Roland, Jaxon Wiggins and fiancée Alexandra Steed of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Carson Wiggins and fiancée Maleah Johnson of Fayetteville, Ark. She was also blessed with two great-grandchildren, Koen Wayne Wiggins and Freya Lee Williams.
Kathy cherished her family, which included her sister, Zenda Dodson and husband Stan of Greenwood, Ark.; her brother, Robert W. "Bob" Speir and wife Jackie of Fort Smith; as well as sisters-in-law, Fran Whitsitt of Roland, Mary Lou Williams of Slado, Texas, and Teresa Speir of Muskogee; and brothers-in-law, Richard Elkins of New Mexico and Pat Meyers of Fort Smith; along with numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins who will forever hold her close in their hearts.
In addition to her parents and her beloved husband, Kathy was preceded in death by her brother, Jim Speir; sister-in-law, Rosemary Meyers; and brothers-in-law, Rick Rutherford, Ret. Col. W.G. Williams, Clayton Williams and wife, Christine..
A celebration of her life will take place at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 22, 2026, at First Baptist Church in Muldrow, with burial to follow at Roland City Cemetery, entrusted to Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc. The family invites all who knew and loved Kathy to come together and remember the brightness she brought into our lives.
Active pallbearers will include Eric Speir, Scott Speir, Camryn Speir, Kevin Flurry, Stephen Wasson and Brian Williams. Honorary pallbearers will be Paul Williams, Mark Williams and Jody Fincher.
Friends and family may pay their respects during viewing hours on Wednesday, from noon to 8 p.m., at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow. The family will lovingly welcome visitors from 6 to 8 p.m.
Kathy's spirit will forever remain a guiding light in the lives she touched, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
