Visitation will begin at the funeral home on Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 5 PM until 8 PM, and on Friday at the church from 11 AM until service time at 1 PM
There will be an Eastern Star Service on Thursday evening, February 19, at 7 PM, conducted by The Lafayette Order of The Eastern Star # 379
Family suggests memorial contributions be made to The Lafayette Order of The Eastern Star #379 or The Lafayette First Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by Husband, Jack Butrum; Parents, DeWitt Edwin Booth Sr. and Helen Joyce Weatherman Booth; and Step-Daughters, Beverly A. Pritchard, and Nanci McGarvey.

Cheryl Parrish and husband, Edward

J.T. Booth and wife, Britney
Patrick Lancaster
Niece,
Amanda Smith
Eleven Grandchildren and Seven Great-Grandchildren also survive.
