Katrina Lyvon Reynolds was born July 11, 1972, to Dr. Rex Lyvon and Katherine Ann Posey Reynolds in Henderson, Texas. She passed away in Arlington, Texas on November 6, 2025 after a multi-year battle with gastroparesis. A visitation will be held at Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home in Snyder on Sunday, November 9th from 6-7 pm. Services will be held at 2 pm on Monday, November 10th at Colonial Hill Baptist Church in Snyder. Brother Rick Williams is officiating with Pastor Reid Johnson assisting. Interment will follow at Hermleigh Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Bell-Cypert-Seale Funeral Home.
Katrina was a nurse and paramedic and loved the profession that she ultimately had to give up due to illness. She was resilient, stubborn, and loved her family and friends with her whole being. Beyond that, she loved the Lord God and was saved at a young age. Her faith in God was the most important thing to her throughout her life, and she would want you to know that hope and salvation is found only in Jesus Christ!
Katrina was beloved by her many family and friends, and will be deeply missed by all. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rex and Kathy, a sister, RexAnne Clark, grandparents Doris and Von Edward, and an infant daughter Cynthia Katherine.
Katrina is survived by her son, Brady Ledbetter and wife Stephanie of Lubbock; her brother, Wayne Reynolds of Odessa; her cousin and dear friend Cindy Josey of Snyder; nieces Katherine Clark of Lubbock and Jessica Scott (husband Brandon) of Snyder; cousin Rusty Josey of Las Vegas; cousin Lindsy Terry and husband Shane of Snyder. Katrina was “MeMe” to Kynzee and David Scott, Arthur and Elaine Collins, Madison Alarcon (husband Kaden), Kylee Flannery, Rylea Terry and Caiden Terry.
Katrina's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Augustus Lyons, Dr. Al-lassi and her team of doctors and nurses at Texas Memorial Health System for their dedicated care of Katrina through the course of her disease, and for their dedication to improving her life through their efforts.
Katrina’s desire was to see a cure for gastroparesis found. Donations can be made in her memory to the International Foundation for Gastrointestinal Disorders, at iffgd.org.
