She was born February 9, 1972 in Galesburg, the daughter of Daniel and Marlene (Fisher) Mudd. She married Kris Agans July 11, 2023, in Galesburg,
She is survived by her husband, Kris; her mother, Marlene (and Gary Wall) Fisher of Galesburg; her father, Daniel Mudd of Galesburg; two daughters, Jessica (and Shane) Nakamura and Sierra Andreatta both of Yankton, South, Dakota; sons, Trevor (and Maddie Hinton) Sweborg and Chevy (and Haley Bowman) Andreatta both of Knoxville; two grandchildren; a brother, Chuck (and Amy Okrzesik) Mudd of Galesburg; grandfather, Bill (and Patty) Fisher of Galesburg; many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles and very many good friends. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Chuck and Shirley Mudd; grandmother, Dorothy Fisher, and aunts and uncles.
Katy graduated from Galesburg High School in 1990 and attended Carl Sandburg College. She enjoyed fishing, being a wife, mother, daughter and friend.
Cremation has been accorded. A celebration of life will be held on July 18, 2024 from 4-8 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus in Galesburg. Memorials may be made to husband.
