Kay F. Hunter, 84, of Vincennes, Indiana passed away early on January 16, 2026. She was born in Vincennes, Indiana on February 4, 1941, to the late Robert H. and Helen Hunter. Kay worked as a babysitter for several years and loved children. She was a member of the Free Methodist Church. In her free time, she enjoyed sewing, watching game shows, and solving word search puzzles. Kay will be deeply missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents Robert H. and Helen Hunter; and great niece Kassidy Hunter.
Kay is survived by her brothers Robert "Bobby" (Ruth Etta) Hunter and Roy (Carol) Hunter; nephews Duane (Kelly) Hunter, Kevin (Heather) Hunter, Kyle Hunter; niece Alicia Scheirmann; great-nieces Makenzie Scheirmann, Sydney Hunter, Jaclyn Hunter; great-nephews Jayden Hunter and Brody (Zoe) Hunter; great-great-nephew Warren Hunter.
Goodwin-Sievers is honored to be entrusted with the care of Ms. Hunter. A Graveside Service, per her request, will be held January 24, 2026, at 2 pm in Memorial Park Cemetery.
