Kayla Hallada, 31, passed away on February 14, 2025, in Pewaukee, Wisconsin.
Born on May 7, 1993, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Kayla grew up with a strong sense of adventure and determination. She graduated from Oak Creek High School before attending Milwaukee Area Technical College, where she earned her Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Her drive and ambition led her to a career that allowed her to embrace new challenges and experiences.
Kayla proudly served in the Army National Guard, where she demonstrated dedication and resilience. During her service, she was awarded two Army Achievement Medals and received recognition for her contributions to the COVID response mission. Her commitment to serving others was evident in both her military career and personal life.
Above all else, Kayla cherished the time she spent with her children - Tucker, Teagen, Myles and Miller. She loved making memories with them whenever possible and found joy in sharing adventures together. Her love extended beyond family to include many close friends who became like family over the years.
Kayla had a passion for riding her Harley, feeling the freedom of the open road beneath her. She also enjoyed gambling and singing karaoke - two pastimes that showcased her fun-loving spirit and ability to bring people together. Those who knew her best will remember her big heart and how deeply she cared for those around her.
She is survived by her beloved children Tucker, Teagen, Myles and Miller, significate other CJ Morrison, siblings Chris, Nicole (Matt), Peter (Angelina) and Jenna (Jakob); nieces and nephews Collin, Payton, Matthew, Rielynn, Cattleya, Elijah, Canaan and Caysen; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and her loyal dog Marshall.
She was preceded in death by her mother Gail Kozinski; father Bill Lewandowski; grandparents Kathleen and Donald Kozinski; and Uncle Glenn Kozinski.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at Hartson Funeral Home, located at 11111 W Janesville Rd., Hales Corners, Wisconsin.
Service to follow from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM.
Kayla's presence brought warmth and joy to so many lives. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered by those who loved her.
