Kee Curtis Largo, born on December 29, 1989, in Crownpoint, NM, passed away on January 24, 2026, in Santa Fe, NM. Kee was a cherished son, brother, father and uncle, and he will be fondly remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
He attended Thoreau High School in Thoreau, NM, But Kee furthered his education at New Mexico State University in Grants, NM. His professional life encompassed meaningful roles at Wal-Mart in Rio Rancho, NM, and John Brooks in Milan, NM, where he built lasting friendships and connections.
Kee had an infectious enthusiasm for life that was evident in his hobbies and interests. He was very compassionate and had a charismatic aura about him. He loved reading, listening to music, playing video games, and watching his social media updates. He enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews, taking joy in their laughter and youthful spirits. Additionally, he found great pleasure in fishing, camping, and attending concerts, which provided him with cherished memories and adventures.
He is survived by his father, Ermin Largo; his sisters Queena, Terri, Leniah Largo, and Regina Martinez; his brothers Delray, Bradley Largo, and Ronald Martinez; and his beloved son, Keelijah Largo. Kee also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews who will carry his memory forward.
Kee was preceded in death by his birth mother, Isabell Delgarito; his mother, Helen Martinez; his father, Holio Martinez; his brother, Lucas Largo; and his grandmother, Mary V. Delgarito. Their legacies contributed to the foundation on which Kee built his own life.
A memorial service will take place on February 3, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Haystack Church located at 383 B Haystack Rd, Prewitt, NM 87045. Following the service, he will be laid to rest at the Haystack Family Plot in Haystack, NM at 11:00 AM, with a reception to follow, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Baca Chapter House on Pillowcrest Rd, Prewitt, NM 87045.
His spirit will live on through the many lives he touched and will forever remain in the hearts of his family and friends.
