Keith Alan Bolen

Keith Alan Bolen, age 45, of Jackson, Ohio was welcomed into the loving arms of His Heavenly Father on Saturday, May 13th, 2023. For many months he fought a fearless battle against cancer and multiple medical complications, but ultimately passed peacefully while in his home surrounded by family and loved ones.
Keith was born to Kenny and Brenda Bolen on July 22nd, 1977 and was raised in Beaver, Ohio. He spent his adolescent years enjoying basketball and baseball and graduated from Eastern High School with perfect attendance and honors. In 2015, he married his wife Tiffany and soon began a life building a family. He was passionate about his children Lily (14) and Lucas (2) and nothing brought him more joy than making memories with his family.
Keith is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Marcella Shirk, paternal grandparents Dotch and Marge Bolen, and his sister Amber Bolen. He is survived by his parents Kenny and Brenda Bolen, his wife Tiffany, children Lily and Lucas, brother Wesley (Michaela), Grandfather Bob (Lynn) Shirk, and many loving aunts/uncles, nephew, cousins, and in-laws.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 19, 2023 at Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly, Ohio. Burial will follow at Germany Cemetery in Beaver, Ohio.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the service begins on Friday.
