Memorial services for Mr. Keith Gordon Eldridge will be held at 2 PM Sunday, November 30, 2025, at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. Mike Skinner officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Lawn City Cemetery. Visitation will be 1 PM – 2 PM Sunday, November 30, 2025, at John E. Stephens Chapel.

Keith Gordon Eldridge left this world peacefully at his home with his girls on November 24, 2025. He was 88 years old. Keith was born in Philadelphia on December 3, 1936. He grew up there, and after time spent in Oak Grove, Louisiana and Hixson, Tennessee retired back to Philadelphia.

In his early years, Keith discovered a love for riding horses which continued throughout his life. He enjoyed school, excelled in academics, and was a stand-out member of the PHS Tornado football team. Keith went on to graduate from East Central Junior college. His summers were spent lifeguarding at the town swimming pool. Walking to and from this job, he crossed paths with the love of his life, June Hardy. Keith and June were married on June 30, 1957, at East Philadelphia Baptist Church. They were inseparable for 63 years and were blessed with two daughters, Laurie and Libby. The thing Keith was most proud of was being a husband to June, Daddy to his girls, and Pop to his grand-and great grandchildren.

Keith served his country in the United States Air Force and worked several years at US Motors. The majority of his career was spent with Wells Lamont.

Keith and June were active members of several churches over the years. Keith's personal relationship with the Lord was a priority. He was an ordained deacon and served in various roles in the church. His words and actions touched many lives, and this legacy will live on. As people have shared memories and stories of Keith, a friend summed up his life perfectly-"He loved well, and he was well-loved."

Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Matthew and Zelma Hodge Eldridge; his wife, June; his siblings, Ouida Barnes and Edward Eldridge and their spouses, and their infant sister, Sarah Catherine.

Survivors include daughters Laurie Wilkins (Kent) and Libby Eldridge; grandchildren Jordan Brooks (Jonathan), Marissa Wilkins, McKay Wilkins, Luke Eldridge (Anna); great-grandchildren Shepherd Brooks, Rhett Brooks, Stella Eldridge, Caroline Eldridge, and Nate Eldridge; as well as many nieces and nephews.
