Keith W. Fitzpatrick, 63, of Blackstone and formerly a longtime resident of Upton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Milford Regional Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Norwood, Keith was the son of the late Raymond and Patricia (Ohm) Fitzpatrick. He was raised and educated in Upton and was a graduate of Nipmuc Regional High School.
Keith proudly served his country in the United States Navy, attaining the rank of EMFA.
He was self-employed as a carpenter for many years and took great pride in his work, frequently lending his skills to friends and others in the construction field.
Keith also served the Town of Upton as Dog Officer for 20 years, faithfully fulfilling a role previously held by his parents, Raymond and Patricia.
Keith had a deep love for the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hiking, billiards, and adventures with his grandchildren. He remained active and social, continuing to enjoy outings and time with loved ones even during illness. Above all, he cherished spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his former wife, Suzanne Fitzpatrick; his stepchildren, Nicole Moberg and William Moberg and his wife Ashley; his cherished step-grandchildren, Skylar, Logan, Maura, and Elliot; his sisters, Adrienne St. Cyr and her husband John, and Susan White; his nephew, Evan St. Cyr; and many beloved cousins.
Calling hours will be held from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at the Pickering & Son Upton Funeral Home, 45 Main Street, Upton. A remembrance service with military honors will follow at 3:00 P.M. in the funeral home.
