He was born on October 28, 1932 in Blossburg, Pennsylvania to Kenneth A. and Grace R. (Mengee) Fowler.
Keith graduated with a bachelor's degree from Bowling Green University in Bowling Green, Ohio.
During his younger years he was very active in playing football and he continued enjoying watching football through his life. He loved wearing orange, (the color of his college), and most of all being a grandpa and telling stories.
Keith was a lifelong and active member until his health failed of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He and Diana Journot were married on March 8, 2000. She survives of Parsons.
Other survivors include two daughters, Robin Utemark of Ft. Worth, TX and Amy Collins of Parsons; grandchildren, Iris Burke, Zachary Keath, DeLaina Keith, Daniel Keath, Laralai Keath, ReAnne Wentz and Arissa Utemark; six great-grandchildren; and a brother, Kirk Fowler of Orem, UT.
He was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
