74 year old, Keith A. Hack, of DeMotte, passed away December 6, 2025.
On February 21, 1951, Keith was born to Vincent and Alice (Grant) Hack in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from TF North High School, class of 1969. Keith worked as a service technician for Performance Food Groups, going into restaurants all over working on their equipment. He married the love of his life, Carla Blake-Reynolds, on September 6, 2008, in Crown Point, Indiana. Keith enjoyed slots at the casinos, watching Tombstone over and over, and listening to 60’s music. He loved, more than anything, spending time with his grandchildren, and his pets.
Keith is survived by his wife: Carla, children: Diana Walstra, Karen (Larry) Frazier, Jackie (Shawn) Montgomery, Blake (Nicole) Reynolds, grandchildren: Ashley, Cody, Brayden, Skye, Clayton, Madison, Micah, Brinley, and numerous other relatives.
Keith was preceded in death by his parents, and the many beloved dogs he has had throughout his life.
Friends are invited to join the family for a Memorial Visitation from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at the Boersma Funeral Home, 90 E. Grove St., Wheatfield, IN 46392.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to an animal shelter of your choice.
