Keith was born September 8, 1978, son of Paul and Ruth (Kopecky) Neilitz. He graduated with the class of 1997 from Roncalli High School. He then attended UW-Madison where he graduated with a BS in Criminal Justice and then attended UW- Milwaukee graduating with a Masters degree. Keith was employed as a clinical therapist.
He is survived by his parents: Paul and Ruth Neilitz, Manitowoc; one sister and brother-in-law: Carrie (Kevin) Stangel, Manitowoc; one nephew: Reece; two nieces: Lauren and Mara; other relatives and friends survive. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents, and other relatives.
Private family services were held, Deacon Alan Boeldt officiated.
